Archival Photoplasticon
As part of The International Festival of Analog Photography Lovers – Vintage Photo Festival in Bydgoszcz, the Archival Photoplasticon will make an appearance, marking another stop in this year's edition of the National Digital Archives project.
Unique photographs of the city and region will be presented in 2D and 3D formats! Residents and tourists visiting Bydgoszcz have reason to be excited. In the stylish wooden photoplasticon with a digital "heart" (utilizing stereoscopic technique), visitors can admire archival photographs of Bydgoszcz and its surroundings from the interwar period of the 20th century. The displayed frames will reveal the atmosphere of the city at that time, daily life, and snapshots of events from that era.
The archival photos come from the resources of the National Digital Archives and the State Archives in Bydgoszcz.
