Outstanding French photographer and documentary filmmaker Yann Arthus-Bertrand in his the latest film "Man" presents an unusual, collective portrait human. The director reached over 2,000 interlocutors in 60 countries: from employees in Bangladesh, peasants in Mali by Afghan refugees and fighters in Ukraine after US prisoners sentenced to death. What connects them? They talk about love, death, war and the situation of women. They reveal touching stories full of passion, suffering, sadness, hatred but also forgiveness. The beautiful close-ups of their faces are interspersed with stunning aerial photos. Arthus-Bertrand is the director of the famous "Home", which attracted over 600,000 viewers to cinemas. The premiere of the film "Man" took place in September 2015 at the same time during the Venice Film Festival and at a special screening at the UN headquarters in New York for 1,000 viewers, including UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
